I think I鈥檝e been experiencing 鈥渟tages of grief鈥� 鈥� (I鈥檝e definitely gone through anger!) 鈥� and I鈥檓 grieving the 鈥渓oss of life as we know it鈥� even though it might not be a permanent loss.听听

But please remember what鈥檚 Going Well.

Think about it: we really don鈥檛 have much control, we don鈥檛 have a crystal ball, and we鈥檙e all kind of on the edge of our seats waiting to see what will happen. The only thing we DO have control over is our mindset (and even that鈥檚 a moving target). So take care of what you can, to the best of your ability in any given moment.

Think about whatever warms your heart and share a smile. Stand strong in your greatness, reflecting similar to others. 听
